RETURN POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but just in case you don’t, we make returns and exchanges super easy. To ensure a smooth and speedy process, please return the item(s) within 14 days from the date you received them, in unworn/unused condition with labels and packaging intact.  Please contact us for our postal address.

The cost of return shipping is not covered by Izzy and Pea, and remains the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or the return is due to an error by Izzy and Pea. For this reason, we do our best to ensure product descriptions are kept up-to-date and as accurate as possible, we are always happy help with any questions prior to purchase.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE REFUNDED? 
Refunds will only be offered for full priced goods and are not available for sale items, discounted items purchased using a promo code or headwear (due to health regulations), unless they are faulty.

CAN I RETURN SALES ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMO CODE?
Refunds, exchange and credits are not provided for sale items, unless they are faulty. Items purchased with a promo code may be returned for a store credit.

HOW TO RETURN
Email us and let us know your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason within 14 days of receipt.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Please allow 2 weeks for a return to be processed from the time you ship it back to us.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been packed and shipped, we will organise a credit note.
